Problem:

You attempt to send a status update to "32665" (Facebook) from your cell phone
An error message is returned that states, "Sorry, an error has occurred."

Solution:

Change how you send status updates to Facebook.

Click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner of the Facebook main screen
Choose "Account Settings"
Click on the "Mobile" tab
Click on the "Go to Facebook Mobile" link near the top of the page
Find the "Upload via Email" section.
Your "Personal Email" will be highlighted.
Send status updates to this email instead of 32665.

Note: You do not need to have internet access on your phone for this to work. Just send a text to the email address, and it will go through fine.
